What is the IELTS Academic Exam?
The IELTS Academic test is intended for individuals who plan to pursue higher education or professional registration in an English-speaking environment. It measures whether a candidate is ready to begin studying or training in English at an academic level.
This version of the IELTS is commonly required by universities, colleges, licensing bodies, and employers in countries such as Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

Duration:30 mins + 10 mins to transfer

Test Order and Duration
- Total test time: About 2 hours and 45 minutes
- Order of test: Listening → Reading → Writing (all completed on the same day)
- Speaking test is either held on the same day or within 7 days before/after the other modules.
